Symmetry Fitness partners with Broward House to enhance community wellness.
In July, we celebrated the beginning of our new physical wellness program supported by Symmetry Fitness & Performance, a thriving local gym in Fort Lauderdale that specializes in personal training, sports performance, and wellness services! Taking the lead over this new program is Rusty Carbaugh, one of Symmetry Fitness’s dedicated and skilled personal trainers and long-time champion of Broward House.
“I’m happy to be able to be of service to the residents, graduates, and staff of Broward House because I’ve seen firsthand the miracle of their work and the value they instill in the individuals in their care,” said Rusty Carbaugh.
Symmetry Fitness is an incredible supporter of Broward House, helping fundraise for our cause and bringing awareness to the work we do in our community.
With this promising program, we are taking our partnership to the next level helping clients and people in the recovery community improve their quality of life through physical fitness. Our clients completed their first workout and wellness session with Symmetry Fitness just last week!
Additional thanks to Community Foundation of Broward and the City of Fort Lauderdale for allowing the purchase of our new fitness equipment through their health and wellness grant.
