Fundraising Requirements
Riders are required to raise a minimum of $1,200 by November 21st. Crew are encouraged to fundraise but not required. 100% of the funds raised are given back to the five benefiting organizations.

Dr. Jana Jaffe
Dr. Jaffe's cycling journey is a remarkable blend of personal passion and community service, dedicated to supporting individuals living with HIV and mental health challenges. Dr. Jaffe's commitment stems from a deeply personal connection to the HIV/AIDS epidemic of the 1980s and 1990s, which claimed the lives of many friends and colleagues.
As our Behavioral Health Manager at Broward House, Dr. Jaffe has been instrumental in raising awareness and funds through events like The SMART Ride and its successor, The Joy Ride FL. By cycling 165 miles annually, Dr. Jaffe honors their memory while raising funds for critical services at Broward House.
