People living with HIV are unaware of their infection
In the United States, over 1.1 million individuals are living with HIV/AIDS. Thousands still do not receive treatment due to a lack of information or the stigma that remains.
We work throughout the year to change these numbers. It takes many advocates, individuals, social service agencies, medical providers, and businesses to influence this change.
Each year, on December 1st, we invite our community to come together for a World AIDS Day Walk to celebrate the progress we have made, the hope for a cure, and our friends and neighbors who are living happy and healthy with HIV.
Add a Ribbon Wish to Our Wish Wall
Can't make it to the walk on December 1st? You can add your wish, your hope, your dedication to a ribbon on our wish wall by making a donation online. We'll write your wish on a ribbon and tie it to the display for you.
