2024 IMPACT REPORT
Letter from Our Ceo
Dear Broward House Family,
As the CEO of Broward House, I am writing to express my heartfelt thanks and deep gratitude for your unwavering dedication and support throughout 2024.
2024 was a year of rebuilding and transition for Broward House. Since stepping into the role of CEO, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing the heart of Broward House—our staff, our volunteers, and our community partners—come together in extraordinary ways.
At the core of our mission are four key pillars that form the foundation of Broward House —
- Transitional Housing,
- Behavioral Health,
- Case Management, and
- Testing & Outreach.
Each of these pillars reflects our belief that everyone deserves dignity, respect, and the opportunity to thrive. In the following pages, you’ll see the impact of your support. It’s a testament to the power of collaboration and the strength of our community.
Thank you for partnering with us. We look forward to making an even greater impact in 2025 and years to come!
With Sincere Gratitude,
Transitional Housing
We offer four levels of transitional housing assistance and assign a designated case manager to help each resident meet their unique goals:

Comprised of 74 beds, this facility is for those who require continuous medical support in a safe and nurturing environment.
Step Up House
This semi-independent living option provides a supportive community, case management, life skills training, and ongoing health care.

Tenant Based Rental Voucher (TBRV)
We provide rental assistance to ensure affordability, along with continued access to our comprehensive support services.
